Personal Injury

Our firm zealously represents individuals who are injured in automobile accidents, the negligence of others, dangerous premises, and dog bites.  We strongly encourage you to contact us immediately if one of these events has occurred.  A Statute of Limitations applies to all of these events and therefore you should find out your rights as soon as possible.

Automobile: We represent drivers, passengers, truckers, bicyclists, motorcyclists, and pedestrians who sustained injuries from motor vehicles.  We fight to establish the maximum value of your claim under the No-Fault system of law in Michigan.

Premises Liability & Negligence: Our law firm represents clients who have suffered injuries resulting from dangerous premises or the negligence of others.  We have handled cases that have resolved for a few thousand dollars to over a million dollars.  It is extremely important to have your case evaluated by our experts because damages and injuries are not always readily apparent.

Dog Bites: Injuries from dog bites fall under separate laws apart from all other injury claims in Michigan.  Under the law we are able to pursue medical expenses, pain and suffering, loss of income, emotional damage, and scarring.  Our law firm is one of the few law firms that has successfully represented dog bite victims in judgments and settlements in excess of $100,000.00.

Wrongful Death: Our law firm has successfully represented clients who have lost loved ones and family members as a result of the actions of others.  We pursue all damages allowed under the law.  The loss of a loved one is never easy.  Our goal is to establish the maximum value for each claim while taking the burden of the legal ramifications off the survivors.

Medical Malpractice: Our law firm does not engage in the representation of victims in medical malpractice.  However, we will discuss your potential claim and refer you to an expert in the specialty field of malpractice.

Out-Of-State Injuries: If you, a family member, or a friend sustained injuries in another state our law firm will assist you by referring you to a competent attorney in the proper jurisdiction.  We can not advise you as to the laws that apply within that state, but we can put you in touch with an attorney who is familiar with the laws and applicable Statute of Limitations.
